At Holy Ground Sneaker Shop, we want to ensure you are walking on air with every purchase. If your new kicks aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn sneakers in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the sneakers back in their original brand box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer to ensure the product remains in deadstock condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the sneakers are unworn and the box is undamaged, we will process your refund or ship out your new pair within 3-5 business days.
